Viviana is a healthcare manager, bilingual speech-language pathologist assistant and Chief Executive Officer at Milestones Children’s Therapy Center. Viviana strongly believes that parents and caregivers are very important participants in the environment of every child. Therefore, as parents or caregivers, our involvement in the development of a child are enhancers of the milestones they achieve. In her words, “parent education is as important as the services we provide to our children”.

Viviana’s desire to bring parents and professionals together to focus on patient care and achieve greater outcomes has brought great success to the families she serves and the practice.  In addition to leading Milestones Children’s Therapy Center, Viviana is an active therapist and focuses on parent and caregiver education one family at a time. Viviana holds a bachelor’s in communication sciences and disorders from University of Central Florida and a master’s degree in health services administration from Florida International University. More than thirteen years of experience as a speech-language therapist and her skills to bring other therapists together to explore various disciplines and broaden and raise the possibilities to achieve her patient’s milestones has motivated parents, educators, and professionals in the community to do better for the children they have under their care.
